VEO™ wins design award

The newly released VEO™, a range of high-end display systems made by french manufacturer TARIFOLD has won the German “Design-Preis Rheinland-Pfalz 2011” award which honours products of outstanding design.

Out of 89 entries, VEO™ was among the three winners of this highly appraised competition. The price was handed by the land’s Minister of commerce Evelin Lemke to the German designer of the product, Martin Hoffmann.

The judging panel, composed of professional designers, industrials, and marketing professionals praised “the clear and  impressive design which definitely differenciates from other display systems on the market.” They also noted “a product with a strong identity that should be capable of bringing new customers for display systems. The design of VEO™ perfectly shows the important virtues of good industrial Design.”

The awarded products will be shown for another week at the Museum of Treves and will automatically be candidating for the internationally recognized national German Design Preis. Minister Lemke was so enthusiastic about the product that she immediately requested one for her personal desk!
